Certificate course in Spanish cuisine

The Spanish Chamber of Commerce, in partnership with the Towngas Cooking Centre and Los Ibéricos, proudly presented the first official certificate course in Spanish cuisine. This event offered participants an unforgettable culinary experience, immersing them in the rich and vibrant flavours of Spain.

Over the course of three interactive classes, attendees had the opportunity to learn from acclaimed chefs Javier Pérez, Edgard Sanuy and Álex Fargas. Each session was designed not only to teach the techniques behind authentic Spanish dishes but also to share the cultural significance and stories that accompany each recipe.

Participants engaged in hands-on cooking, mastering traditional methods and ingredients. From tapas to paella, the course provided a comprehensive overview of the culinary arts.
